    Good to Know

    Frequently asked questions

How far is the resort from Tala Gate?

About 2.5 km — a five-minute drive. Morning safari guests leave the resort with flasks of chai and reach the gate before it opens.

Can you book my safari permits?

Yes. Our safari desk books permits, jeep and naturalist for Tala, Magdhi and Khitauli zones as soon as your stay is confirmed. In peak season (November–January and April–June) permits sell out weeks ahead, so book your stay early and we file the permit request the same day.

What is the best time to visit Bandhavgarh?

The park is open October to June. October–February is green and pleasant; March–June is hot but gives the best tiger sightings around waterholes. The park closes July–September for the monsoon.

How many nights should we stay?

Two to three nights is ideal — it allows three to four game drives across different zones, which greatly improves your chances of a sighting.

Do you arrange pickups from the station or airport?

Yes — we arrange transfers from Umaria (32 km), Katni (100 km) and Jabalpur Airport (170 km). Share your train or flight details when you book.

    What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in on direct bookings. Safari permits, once issued by the forest department, are non-refundable as per park rules.
